Sleeper Trucks for Sale in Raleigh, Rocky Mount, Williamston & Gates
New or Used Sleeper Trucks – Long Hauls Made Easy
Looking for sleeper trucks for sale in North Carolina? Lilley International is a family-owned, authorized International Truck dealer with locations in Raleigh, Rocky Mount, Williamston, and Gates. We help owner-operators across NC, VA, and SC find the right sleeper for the way they actually run, whether that is regional, OTR, or somewhere in between.
A sleeper truck is a major investment, and the right one depends on details that are easy to get wrong: bunk size for your sleep schedule, roof height for your fuel goals, engine and chassis spec for your route, APU for the parking time you log, and a hundred small calls in between. Our sales team has the experience to match buyers to the truck that fits, and we will tell you when a truck is wrong for you, not just when it is right.
Our sleeper inventory leads with International LT, RH, and HX models, alongside used Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Volvo sleepers that come through trade. Every used truck is inspected by our in-house service department before it goes on the lot.
We take trade-ins, we finance the purchase, and we service the truck at the same locations where we sell it.
Lilley International has been family-owned since 1953, and the same family is still running it. That continuity is the reason buyers who want a real partner for the next several years choose us.

Sleeper Truck Brands & Models We Sell in North Carolina
Whether you are shopping a specific brand and model or comparing what is available across International, Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo, here is the sleeper inventory Lilley International stocks and sources for buyers across North Carolina.
International LT Sleeper
Lilley’s flagship OTR sleeper — aerodynamic profile, factory-installed Cummins X15 or International A26 power, and sleeper berths from 56 inches to 73 inches depending on configuration. The most common new sleeper we order for buyers stepping into long-haul or upgrading from a regional truck.
International RH Sleeper
The premium tier in International’s sleeper lineup — built for high-mileage drivers who want maximum cab comfort. Larger sleeper berths, upgraded interior trim, and quieter cab insulation than the LT. A fit for owner-operators running dedicated long-haul lanes.
International HX & HX620 Sleeper
Heavy-vocational chassis with sleeper option — built for severe-service work like heavy haul, oilfield, and construction running where you need both load capacity and a sleeper for overnight stays. The HX620 specifically pairs an extended hood with severe-duty front axle ratings up to 22,000 lb.
Freightliner Cascadia Sleepers
Cascadias come through our trade pipeline regularly — raised-roof and condo configurations across the XT, X-Plus, and Evolution variants. Pre-owned Cascadia inventory is some of our best-priced OTR sleeper stock. We service Freightliners in-house alongside our International work.
Peterbilt, Volvo & Kenworth Sleepers
Trade-in inventory across the major OTR brands — Peterbilt 579 and 389, Volvo VNL 740 and 860, Kenworth T680 and T880. Brand availability rotates with what comes through trade. If you have a brand preference, tell us and we can keep an eye out for it.
Custom & Spec-Built Sleeper Conversions
For sleepers larger or more specialized than what is on the lot — custom 132-inch, 156-inch, or 200-inch sleeper boxes mounted on a new or used chassis. We work with sleeper manufacturers to spec the bunk size, layout, and amenities. Lead time runs a couple of months up to half a year depending on specs.

Frequently Asked Questions About sleeper trucks
Considering sleeper trucks? Here are the questions buyers ask us most often.
Don’t see yours?
Mid-roof sleepers (about 36 inches of standing room) are the most maneuverable and best for regional runs where you sleep over once or twice a week. Raised-roof sleepers add full standing room and a larger bunk — the right pick for longer regional or short OTR. Condo and large-bunk sleepers (72-inch and bigger bunks, up to 80 inches of headroom, often with closet, fridge, and microwave space) are built for OTR drivers who live in the truck. We will match you to the configuration that fits how you actually run.
Yes. We sell sleeper trucks to buyers across the country and routinely deliver out of state. We send detailed photos, a walkaround video, and full specs before you commit, and we can arrange transport to your yard. Many of our buyers close the deal without ever setting foot in North Carolina.
We work with multiple commercial truck lenders and can usually have a credit decision back in about two days. Our credit application is on our site and routes straight to our finance manager — submit it and we will match you to the lender that fits your situation. Approvals typically come with terms competitive with banks that do not specialize in trucks.
Frame and rails (no rust-through, no welded repairs), engine oil and coolant condition, transmission shift quality, brake and suspension wear, tire age and tread, and the condition of the bunk area and APU if equipped. Every used sleeper that comes through Lilley is inspected by our service department before we list it. If you are seriously considering one of our trucks, we will send you the pre-sale inspection report so there are no surprise mechanical issues after you drive away.
Yes. Lilley operates full service and body shops at our locations, so the team that sells you the truck is the same team that maintains it. PM service, engine and aftertreatment work, electrical diagnostics, and collision repair all happen in-house. You are not handed off to a stranger after the keys cross the desk — that is the difference between buying from an authorized dealer and buying off a marketplace.
